課程概述

l 介紹各種與資訊活動相
關的人類行為理論。
l 了解有關人們在搜尋、
取得、處理、與使用資訊活動中的
行為與心理。
l 探討特定族群的資訊需
求與行為特徵。
l 了解有關個體如何接收
與同化資訊的心智活動歷程。
l 探討資訊行為與資訊系
統、資訊服務之關聯。
 

課程目標
 使資訊服務人員具備診斷需求的能
力，以及設計並實施符合人類資訊
行為與心理需要的資訊服務與資訊
系統。
 
課程要求
 . 平時成績 15% ：出席課堂; 每次上課後提出一個重要觀念或問題
2. 我的學習週記/筆記心得 20%
3. 閱讀評鑑報告二次 30% ：指定閱讀之摘要評論
（第七、十二週各交一次，15% x 2）
4. 期末小組報告 35%：實際調查"Information seeking and information use in a
specific context (or of a specific group)” 或針對一個相關主題進行文獻回顧
